Andrew Jones was born one of two children to Renetta Jones on January 30, 1964, in Florence County. He departed this earthly life on September 25, 2024, at the McCleod Hospice House.

He received his formal education at Hannah-Pamplico Schools and graduated with the class of 1982. After graduation he worked at Baggett's Gulf for years, Palmetto Turf Farms until they closed and Benton's Turf until his health started to decline.

He was an auto mechanic and enjoyed fishing and working on small engines.

Andrew is preceded in death by his mother and his brother Allen Jones.

He leaves to his cherish his precious memories wife Annie B. Jones of the home; one daughter Miranda Brown; one   granddaughter London; five stepchildren, Melinda (Ezekiel) Wilkins of Denver, Colorado, Willie (Shelia) L. Johnson, Jr of Killeen, Texas, Travis Johnson of Florence, South Carolina, Merrilee Pressley of Kingstree, South Carolina and Jacqueline S. Harrison of Anchorage, Alaska; two sisters-in-law and four brothers-in-law; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and friends to cherish his memories.
