Charles L. Bell was born on June 25, 1974, in Williamsburg County, South Carolina, to the late Elmore Bell, Jr., and Ms. Mildred  McKenney. On Tuesday, February 10, 2026 he transitioned from labor to reward.

Charles was educated in the Florence County School System and was a proud graduate of Hannah-Pamplico High School. He was formerly employed by Efird Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Florence, South Carolina.

From an early age, Charles grew up in Mt. Rona Missionary Baptist Church, where his love and passion for music was born. He faithfully used his musical gifts while working with many musical groups, especially through his own ministry, Charles Bell Ministries.

Charles was a proud member of J.H. Fordham Lodge.

He was preceded in death by his father, Elmore Bell, Jr., and his beloved brother, Antonio "Trell" Bell.

He leaves to cherish his precious memories his devoted wife, Kimberly Parker Bell; four children reared in the home, Aponte', Khadir, MaryEllen, and CJ; three grandchildren, Mason, Jorden, and Madison, who were the joy of his life; his loving mother, Mildred McKenney; two sisters, Linda (Horace) Scott and Heather (Shawn) Bell; one brother, Calvin (Monica) Bell; and he is also lovingly remembered by a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
