Mr. Charles Campbell was 61, and departed this life on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 in Florence, SC.
Charles Levern Campbell affectionately
Known as Sandy was born on March 1, 1964 to the late Levant Campbell and the late Lola Mae Campbell . He passed away peacefully on May 20, 2025 at Mcleod Hospice House. He was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose kindness and strength touched the lives of all who knew him.
Sandy attended Marion County Public Schools, before moving to Baltimore MD in 1980. For many years, he worked at Capel Hill where he earned a reputation for his hard work, loyalty, and dedication.
A natural handyman, Sandy loved fixing things and staying busy around the house. Whether helping family or friends, he was always ready to lend a hand.
He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of more than 20 years, Regina Campbell as well as his twin sister Lee Frances and sister Annette Campbell, who all now welcome him with open arms.
Sandy is survived by his daughters: Akaysia Stevenson, Akayla Campbell, and Atiya Ragin. His cherished grandchildren King Graham and Zharee Stevenson; four brothers: Eugene, Larry and Derrick Campbell and Richard Graves; sister in law Margaret Allen; aunt Nannette Davis; uncle Milton (Vennie) Campbell; a longtime friend, Marion P. Allison; and a special friend Ronita Graham;
three nieces, one nephew and a host of cousins and friends
