Cynthia Elizabeth Jerido, 54, of Florence, South Carolina, entered eternal rest on May 2, 2026. She was born on September 5, 1971, in Florence, South Carolina, to Ora Lee Jerido, Vernon Haynesworth, and Markley Jerido.

Cynthia was a proud graduate of Wilson High School, Class of 1990. She was known for her warm spirit, loving heart, and unwavering dedication to her family. Cynthia touched the lives of many with her kindness, strength, and the joy she brought into every room she entered.

She leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Nyasia Jerido, Kevin Jerido, and Tyshawn Hilton; four cherished grandchildren, Legend Campbell, DeMonte Hilton, Major Pyles, JaMari Jerido; parents, Ora Lee Jerido, Markley Jerido and Vernon Haynesworth; one brother, Timothy Brooks; two sisters, Lawander Jerido and Janice McFarland. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Deborah Brooks and Kimerly Jerido, along with a host of nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.

Cynthia will be deeply missed by her special friends, Stephanie Muldrow and Venita Mumford, who held a special place in her heart.

Cynthia was preceded in death by her two brothers Roland Brooks and Mark Jerido.

Her legacy of love, resilience, and compassion will forever remain in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
