Mr. Daren Gene Davis was born on May 20, 1965 in   Florence County to the late Mr. Isaac and Mrs. Dulie Belin Davis. He entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 13, 2023.

Daren was a member of  St. Luke African Methodist Episcopal Church of Johnsonville, S.C. and a 1983 graduate of Hannah-Pamplico High School.

For 20 years Daren worked as a carpenter where he specialized in working various jobs helping to construct major business buildings within the Great Pee Dee area. Later in his career, he transitioned to self-employment where he focused his talents and expertise on home renovations. This is what he loved the most which allowed him to help  local homeowners throughout the community.

He leaves to cherish his memories: six brothers, Joseph Belin and Isaac (Priscilla) Davis, Jr., of Plainfield, N.J., Israel (Mable) Davis, Nathan Davis, Rickey Davis of Johnsonville, S.C. and Hughes (Prinzella) Davis of  Hemingway, S.C.; two sisters Ruth Robinson of Johnsonville, S.C. and  Doris (Phil) Thaxton of Woodbridge, VA; three aunts Evangelist Mrs. Deborah Belin and Mrs. Alizer Jane Belin both of Plainfield, N.J. and Mrs. Dorothy Belin of Johnsonville, S.C.; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
