Dayshawn Maurice Allen was born on October 15, 1995 to Jennifer Thomas and Jack Hickmon in Hartsville S.C. He transitioned peacefully on December 2, 2023.

Dayshawn received his formal education in Hartsville County School District.

He lived a life full of joy and unapologetically by his own rules.

He  leaves behind to cherish his memories his wife    Aaliyah Allen; three children Aa'Mia, Amari and Amaru; parents Jennifer Thomas and Jack Hickmon; five siblings Angelica Thomas, Akeem (Mary)  Anderson, Eereon Hickman, Shaquan Thomas and La'quan Thomas; cousin and best friend Jamie Zimmerman; mother and father-in-law Audrey and Barry Bartell; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
