Mrs. Elizabeth Ann Blandin Dunham was born on January 13, 1959, in Timmonsville, SC. She was the daughter of the late Shirley Frierson Blandin and Isaiah Blandin. She departed this earthly life on January 26, 2025.
Elizabeth attended South Florence High and graduated in 1977.
Elizabeth, affectionately known as Ann, had a fulfilling career in the medical field, working as an EKG technician at McLeod Hospital, where she played a vital role in monitoring patients' heart activity and ensuring their well-being. Additionally, she served as a patient transporter at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Center, where she transported patients with compassion and care, contributing to their recovery journey.
Outside of her professional life, Ann was admired for her exceptional talents in baking and cake decorating, often creating beautiful and delicious confections for special occasions. Her creativity extended to sewing, where she crafted unique garments and gifts, showcasing her attention to detail. Ann also enjoyed cooking, often experimenting with new recipes or preparing family meals that brought everyone together around the table. Her passion for these activities reflected her nurturing spirit and desire to bring joy to those around her.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents Shirley F. Blandin and Isaiah Blandin, brother Morgan I. Blandin and sister Myrtle B. Nettles.
Elizabeth leaves her legacy to her husband, Charles M. Dunham; three daughters and one son, Natalie (James) Rand, Rhonda (Paul) Johnson, Carla (Shay) Dunham and Charles D. Dunham; twelve grandchildren Charle' P. Johnson, Preston M. Johnson, Jacinda E. Rand, Nevaeh M. Johnson, Caleb M. Johnson, Payton N. Rand, Sophia M. Dunham, Cailyn F. Rand, Charles D. Dunham Jr., Graceyn A. Rand, Parker L. Dunham, Cameron C. Dunham; two great grand kids Adalin Johnson and Christopher Johnson, all of Florence, SC; three brothers Willie (Patricia) N. Blandin, Frederick R. Blandin, Laythrop S. Blandin, both of San Diego, CA; one uncle: Emmet (Regina) Frierson and two god-sisters Elishann Redden and Janine Mae Brown; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
