Ms. Laura Ann McCullum was born to Larry McCullum and Melvina McCullum in Florence, SC on July 14, 1963. She departed this life on Saturday May 20, 2023.
Laura received her formal education through the Florence County Public School System and was a graduate of South Florence High School class of 1981. Laura was formally employed at Carries Nations, USDA Cotton Division, but her most cherished and memorable position was "Bus Lady" for FSD1.
She never met a stranger because anyone who had the pleasure to meet her knew she was the life of the party and kept it straight no chaser.
She was a loving daughter, mother, sister and friend. Laura leaves to cherish her memories her parents Larry & Melvina McCullum; her two loving children of the home Zackhiaus Salongo Alleyne, Zykira Ny'Asia Mobley; her beloved "Grand Dog" Stella; three sisters Francena (George) Cail, Melesa (Sammie) Davis, LaKeisha McCullum; two brothers Joe Nathan McCullum, Larry Allen McCullum, with a host of nieces and nephews.
Special sons & daughters: Ian Wilson, John Purvis, Floyd Smith, Nathaniel Thomas (CandyMan), Adrian Gurley (Bugga), Rodney Lesane (Poppa), Shawn McFadden, Anthony McCants, John Galbreath, DeAndre Williams, Tyrieka Moses, Breanna Cooper, Danielle Fulton, Jameka Haynesworth and Tae Bostick.
