On Thursday, May 4, 2023 our contagious, joyful spirited son, brother, and friend transition from this earthly life at the young age of thirty-four. Sir Devron Ellis was born on November 4, 1988 to Shenale Ellis in Florence, South Carolina.

Sir attended the schools of Florence District 1 High Schools and the Military Academy. He was employed with Ruby Tuesday and later worked for Cracker Barrell as a chef until his death.

Sir accepted Christ as his Savior and became a member of Wayside Baptist Church. He later became a member of Outreach Family Fellowship.

Sir with his quick and sharp sense of humor was uniquely his own and he was always there to make you laugh and provide a helping hand.

Sir was preceded in death by his grandmother Delilah Ellis and his nephew Silas Ellis.

Sir is survived and leave cherished memories with his mother, Shenale Ellis; one brother  Salvage Ellis; two nieces Skyllar Ellis and Stormi Ellis; two uncles Tommy (Leontyne)  Ellis and Willie Ellis; one aunt Valicia (Pete) Becoat; a great aunt Emma Lee Bess; two great uncles Dozier Lee Ellis and Louis (Diane) Ellis; godmother Juliette Anderson affectionally known as Mema; his niece's mom Kaitlin Harrell; best friends include Jarvis Sims, Jamares Robinson, Anthony Whitehead; a man's best friend Wolf; a special friend Donja Mack; and a host of other family and friends. He will be greatly missed!
