Vickie Darlen Murray was born on December 20, 1967 in Florence, South Carolina to Dorothy Bell Murray and James Hudson. She departed her earthly life on February 2, 2024.

Vickie attended South Florence High School. She was employed with Florence School District One for twenty years.

She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Bell Murray, and grandmother Carlee Gregg Murray.

Vickie leave to cherish her precious memories two children Clarissa Marlena Murray of Crystal Springs, MS and Quincy Deon Murray of Florence, SC; father James Hudson of Darlington, SC; one granddaughter Qwa'lajah Ive'onah Murray  of Florence, SC; two uncles Larry (Marcie) Murray of Rockhill, SC and Tally Murray of Baltimore, MD; one aunt Annabell (Edward) Hickman of Shelby, NC; a special cousin/sister Jackie (James) Williams of Shelby, NC; special friend of the family/sister Diane Carroll of Dillon, SC  and Penny Mae Peguese of Florence, SC;  a host of cousins and her Eastside family and friends.
