William Earl "Billy" Gordon was born on July 16,1973 in Florence County to William Henry Gordon and Mary Alma Brown Gordon. He departed this earthly life on Sunday, July 28, 2024 in Kingstree, SC.

He was educated in the public schools of Florence County and graduated from Hannah-Pamplico High Class of 1991.

He was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

He was a deer hunter and loved fishing at the river.

Billy was preceded in death by his father, William Henry Gordon, a sister, Debra Ann Gordon, and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Billy leaves to cherish his memories his mother, Mary Alma Gordon of Pamplico, SC; his children William Christopher Gordon, Kristopher Fleming, Jasmine N. Smith all of Pamplico, SC, Antonio Gordon of Charlotte, NC, Brittney Gordon of  Wilmington, NC, twins Hazel and Joel Lewis of Wallace, NC and Demitrius M. Gordon of Kingstree, SC; seven grandchildren Christopher Tyshawn, Xavier, Madison, Ava, Karlie, Kinzleigh, and Amerion; one sister Gloria Gordon of Pamplico, SC; one nephew Michael Turrell Gordon of Charlotte, NC; two uncles Ervin (Mary) Brown, Jr. of Columbia, SC and Lee Earn Brown of Pamplico, SC; one aunt Mildred Dean Brayboy of Bridgeport, CT; childhood friend Kelvin Brown of Pamplico, SC and friend Shanice Scott of Kingstree, SC; a host of other relatives and friends.
