Daniel Isaiah Jr.

On Sunday, April 23, 2023 a devoted family man, Daniel Isaiah Jr. departed his earthly home at the age of 75. Daniel Isaiah Jr. was born May 3, 1947 to the late Daniel Isaiah Sr. and Dorothy Spears Isaiah.

Daniel attended the public schools of Florence County and graduated from Wilson High School. He was formerly drafted into the US Army on August 5, 1970 to February 5, 1972 and after the army he was self-employed as a brick mason with his brothers. 

He was a lifelong member of Elizabeth Baptist Church until his passing.  He was also a member of the Masonic brotherhood.

He was married to the love of his life, Christine T. Isaiah on April 26, 1970. To this union five children was born.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Connell Isaiah Sr. and Charlie Isaiah; father-in-law Lord Thompson Sr.; mother-in-law Annie Margaret Thompson;        brothers-in-law, James Edward Thompson, Anthony Thompson, Gonzales Thompson and Sylvester Thompson; sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Thompson, Shirley Benjamin and Millie Isaiah; one daughter-in-law, Alicia Isaiah and aunts and uncles.

Left to cherish his love includes his loving wife Christine Isaiah; children: Davin Isaiah, Gregory (Janice) Isaiah, Chaun (Michaela) Isaiah, Yolanda Isaiah, and Daniel Isaiah III; nineteen              grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three siblings, Dorothy Ann Isaiah, Howard Isaiah, and  Armstrong Isaiah; aunt Leatha Mae Greene; uncle Larry Hyman; brothers-in-law Lord Thompson Jr., Joseph (Josephine) Thompson and Johnny Benjamin; a special daughter, Donna Grant and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
