Mr. George Bernard Felton affectionately known as "Tom" by family was born to the late Inez Riddick Felton and George Fred Felton in Belvidere, North Carolina on February 14, 1947.

Tom would get  scissors and make himself an outfit, no matter whose clothes he used. He was known to take apart televisions, irons, and any appliances he felt like messing with. He had no idea how to put them back together.

His van was his love better known as Poison Blue and his race car better known as Baby Blue. He also was a die hard New York Giants fan. He enjoyed riding around sight seeing, and listening to music with Keila who he refers to as his niece.
