Isaac Earl Jackson Obituary

Isaac Earl Jackson, transitioned peacefully on May 9, 2024, at the age of 74. Born on August 4, 1949, in Brooklyn, New York, Isaac was the cherished son of Virginia Johnson and Fetus Earl Jackson.

He was a faithful member of Saint John A.M.E. Church, and his commitment to serve was evident. His active  participation in church activities, including his diligent service on the Steward Board, his contributions to the Senior Choir and the Gospel Choir, and his involvement in numerous organizations and committees showcased his devotion. Among his many roles, one of his greatest joys was serving the congregation in the prayer ministry.

Isaac's passion extended beyond his religious commitments into his professional life as a licensed  funeral director and embalmer. His career in the funeral business was not merely a profession but a true calling. Isaac took immense pride in his many years of service, offering comfort and support to families during their times of need. His dedication to his work was matched by his eagerness to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for his profession with anyone willing to listen.

He leaves behind three loving children: Avonelle Nicole Jackson of Florence, SC; Lorenzo Vashon  Jackson of Mullins, SC; and Marquel (Ashia) Jackson, of Florence, SC. His legacy is  further carried on by his sixteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Isaac Earl Jackson will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in the hearts of those he served, his family, and his many friends.
