Jerry M. Bass was born on June 19,1943 to Joe and Serena Bass in Indianapolis, Indiana. He entered into eternal rest on December 30, 2023.

At an early age the family relocated to Gary, Indiana and Jerry graduated from Roosevelt High School. After graduation Jerry enlisted in the US Navy and served his country proudly earning an honorable discharge.

He lived in Gary, Indiana and Chicago, Illinois for many years before relocating to South Carolina.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, brothers Narvell, Gregory, Joe and sister Debra.

He leaves to share his memories, his children Teresa, Jerry Jr., Victor all from Arkansas and Tony from Indiana; brother Robert (Lasandra) Bass, Sr. from Florence, SC; sister Allean (Ronald) Morton from Florence, SC; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and other relatives and friends.
