Mr. Qua’Shad Shy’hiem Ty’liek Samuel, the son of Shonda Samuel and Rondel Moore. Mr. Qua’Shad was born on August 28, 2003 in Hartsville, SC. He entered into eternal rest on Sunday, March 16, 2025. 

He attended school at South Florence High School and received his GED in 2020. 

Qua’Shad was proceeded in death by his maternal great-grandparents Lucious and Annette Samuel, Martha Ann And Roosevelt Johnson, uncle Junior Lee Johnson, aunt Angela Samuel and paternal great grandparents Eugenia Moore. 

Those left to cherish his loving memories are daughter Ni’Mani Samuel; mother Shonda (Johnny) Samuel; father Rondel Moore, seven brothers Jaquise Samuel, Jay’vion Samuel, Ja’Maffia Stukes, Willie Barrell, Jaylen Moore, Rye’Shied Ennis and Mikey Taylor; six sisters Shon’yonna Samuel, Shaniece Moore, Baby Jordan, Shawnquita Brogdon, Mye’Quaja Poole, and A’Zariah Mack; niece Nova Samuel; maternal grandparents Susie Samuel And step-grandfather Jerry King, special grandmother Beulah Ennius; special uncles Jarod (Ikeyla) Samuel, Christopher Samuel; special aunt/god mother Shawna Samuel; a host of other relatives and friends.
