Reginald Williamson was born November 22, 1954 to Isiac J. Williamson and Lillie B. Williamson. He departed this earthly life on September 15, 2023.
Reginald (Randy) went to school in Jamaica Queens, NY and joined the Army National Guard in December 1976. He was later activated in the US Army as a General Supply Specialist and sent to Germany where he served honorably for two years and five months.
Unfortunately, Randy was traumatically injured while serving his country and was not able to live his life as his free, outgoing, loving funny self anymore. His mother, father, siblings and nieces and nephews were always there for him. He held a special place in all our hearts and taught us a lot about mental illness way before it became as prevalent as it is today.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law Al Shaw.
Randy leaves behind his son, Eric Reginald Brown; his siblings Helen (Maurice) White, Carol Williams, Katherine Shaw, Sharon (Jerome) Groover; a host of nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, other family and friends.
