Rhiannon Eva O’Leary was born on December 26, 1985, in Long Island, New York, to Katherine O’Leary. Fierce, strong, and bold from the very beginning, Rhiannon was a force of nature—someone who lived with purpose and poured her heart into the people and causes she cared about most.

Rhiannon proudly served our country in the Air National Guard for sixteen years, where she remained on active duty at the time of her passing with the rank of Technical Sergeant. During her military career, she not only grew as a leader but also pursued higher education—earning her associate degree through the military and later completing her bachelor’s degree. Rhiannon carried her unwavering discipline and commitment into her   civilian career, where she rose to become the Director of the Florence Federal Residential Reentry Center. It was a role she was immensely proud of. Alongside her professional life, she consistently gave back—volunteering both through the military and in her community, always finding ways to uplift others.

But above all titles, Rhiannon was a devoted mother. Hergre atest joy came from making memories with her five children, Elijah, Nevaeh, Tedric, Tristan, and Leilani. Every moment spent with them was treasured.

She transitioned peacefully at home on May 31, 2025, at the age of 39. Though her time with us was far too short, her impact will continue to be felt in every life she touched.
