Mrs. Ruth Ann Jordan-Wescott was born in Florence, SC on January 30, 1960. She was the daughter of the late Charles and Sadie McCall Jordan. She departed her earthly life on January 3, 2025 at the VA Hospital in Columbia, SC after living out a graceful life.

She was a 1978 graduate of Wilson High School in Florence, SC and played the flute in the Marching Band. After graduation she enlisted into the Airforce where she served diligently. There she met and married Richard Wescott and to this union two children was born.

Ann as she was affectionally called was preceded in death by her parents, brother Toney Jordan and sister Deloris “Mickey”  Jackson.

Ann was loved by her family and friends.

Those left behind to cherish her memories, her husband Richard Wescott; daughters Raven Elizabeth Wescott and Ryan Harriet Sadie Wescott; two granddaughters Leyla  Chapin and Amelia Chapin; brothers Charles (Angela) Jordan and Darrick Jordan; sisters Jacquelin Jordan, Mary (Marcus Savage) Dankwah, Diana (Nigel Baly) Jordan; sister-in-law Sharon Jordan; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, Jordan & McCall families and friends.

Ann will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.
